To consume a RESTful API please see the JSON API Designer which will help you create the connection document needed to use the JSON API Connector.

As an alternative to the JSON API Designer you can use the Empty Data Source connector or create a custom connector based on the examples available in our Github site.

If the API requires more or you want more from the connection you can create your own connector. This can be with the JSON API Designer or by using examples we have created on GitHub.
