Simego Change Service
Touches the Simego change service to update the time stamp.
To create this step select Simego Change Service from the list and enter a name for the step.
The default Simego Change Service URL will be the user setting {{ThisServiceEndpoint}} which will pull in the current Ouvvi url e.g.http://localhost:8080
